1.26.250 Definitions

(a) "Enrollment Office" means the Bad River Tribal Enrollment office.

(b) "Clerk" means the Tribal Clerk of Court.

(c) "Court" means the Tribal Court.

(d) "Reservation" means the Bad River Reservation.

(e) "Tribal Court" means the Tribal Court of the Bad River Tribe.
